Cymbasoma bidentatum  Suarez-Morales & McKinnon, 2016   (F)
Ref.:
Suarez-Morales & McKinnon, 2016 (p.35, Descr. F, figs .F, Rem.)
Species Cymbasoma bidentatum - Plate 1 of morphological figuresIssued from : E. Suarez-Morales & A.D. McKinnon in Zootaxa, 2016, 4102. [p.36, Fig.20].
Female (from 38°27.432'S, 145°17.951'E): A, habitus (dorsal); B, cephalic region (lateral); C, same (dorsal); D, urosome (dorsal; triangular posterior processes arrowed); E, same (lateral); F, same showing P5 (ventral); G, distal section of ovigerous spines.
Scale bars: A = 200 µm; B-G = 100 µm.

Species Cymbasoma bidentatum - Plate 2 of morphological figuresIssued from : E. Suarez-Morales & A.D. McKinnon in Zootaxa, 2016, 4102. [p.37, Fig.21].
Female: A, habitus (lateral); B, right A1 (dorsal); C, detail of process on 1st antennulary segment (arrowed); D, cephalic region (lateral); E, P3; F, urosome (lateral; right P5 omitted to show anteroventral process on genital double-somite); G, same, showing P5 (ventral).
Scale bars: A = 200 µm; B, C = 50 µm; D-G = 100 µm.

Species Cymbasoma bidentatum - Plate 3 of morphological figuresIssued from : E. Suarez-Morales & A.D. McKinnon in Zootaxa, 2016, 4102. [p.35].
Female: Armature formula of swimming legs P1 to P4.

Distribution map of Cymbasoma bidentatum by geographical zones
Loc:
SE Australia (Western Pori Bay, Victoria)

Type locality: 38°27.432' S, 145°17.951' E.
N: 1
Lg.:
(1198)* F: 0,93; {F: 0,93}

* Body length measured from the anterior end cephalothorax to the posterior end of the anal somite.
Rem.: For Suarez-Morales & al; (2017, p.1810), because of the very small, inconspicuous female P5 inner seta, this species can be confused with other species bearing only 2 long setae on the P5 outer lobe; this is a condition found in only a few Cymbasoma (Suarez-Morales & McKinnon, 2016).
