Species Ridgewayia gracilis - Plate 1 of morphological figuresissued from : M.S. Wilson in Proc. U.S. nat. Mus., 1958, 108 (No. 3398). [p.151, Figs.1-13].
Female (from Dry Tortugas, SW Florida): 1, last thoracic segment and urosome (dorsal); 2, habitus (lateral); 3, detail of last thoracic segment (lateral); 4, rostrum (ventral) with frontal hairs; 5, P5 ( detail of endopod); 6, P5; 7, distal part of urosome and caudal rami (ventral); ; 8, genital segment (ventral), with detail of operculum; 9, P1; 10, Md (bitting edge); 11, Md; 12, P2 (exopod); 13, P4, with detail of marfginal armature of inner apical spine.
Nota: Urosome 4-segmented; the genital segment the longest; the 4th segment very short, reduced to the width of the caudal rami, with which it is more or less fused medially, but clearly distinct outwardly; relative lengths of the segments and caudal rami (dorsal): 39.4:18.3:14.1:5.6:22.5 = 100.

Species Ridgewayia gracilis - Plate 2 of morphological figuresissued from : M.S. Wilson in Proc. U.S. nat. Mus., 1958, 108 (No. 3398). [p.150].
Female: Setation of segments of A1. (s = seta; a = aesthete).

Species Ridgewayia gracilis - Plate 3 of morphological figuresissued from : M.S. Wilson in Proc. U.S. nat. Mus., 1958, 108 (No. 3398). [p.153, Figs.14-27].
Female: 14, A1 (showing only segmentation); 15, A1 (segments 13-15); 16, A1 (segments 1-4); 17, Mx1 (enlarged); 18, Mxp; 19, Mx2; 20, Mxp; 21, A1 (apical segments 22-26).
Nota: Number of setae on the lobes (numbered from proximal to distal lobes 1 to 6): apical setae: 4, 2, 2, 3, 4, 3; basal setae on lobes 1 and 6: 1, 2.

Male: 22, right A1 (apical segments); 23, right A1 (segments 9-15); 24, left P5 (detail apex of exopod, anteromedial view); 25, idem (posterior view); 26, right P5 (detail of exopod and endopod, anterior view); 27, P5 (posterior view).

Species Ridgewayia gracilis - Plate 4 of morphological figuresissued from : M.S. Wilson in Proc. U.S. Nat. Mus., 1958, 108 (No 3398). [p.154].
