Bar scale 0.1 mm unless indicated.
Nota: Cephalothorax 5.9 times as long as the 4-segmented abdomen.
Head and 1st thoracic segment fused, 4th and 5th fused.
Rostrum with 2 thick filaments.
The hind margin of the cephalothorax indented laterally.Caudal rami about as long as wide.
Endopod of Mx2 with 5 brush-like setae, 2 of which are much larger than the others, and 3 flattened worm-like setae.
1st basipodite of Mxp about 2/3 the length of the 2nd, and carries 1 brush-like and 2 worm-like setae.
P5 uniramous and symmetrical; on each side there is a single segment, incompletely divided into 3, having a small external spine (absent on one side of one of the paratypes), a longer terminal spine and a long stout internal spine garnished with teeth.
