The female resembles that of E. bitumida, but is distinguishable from the latter.
The female can be confused with E. grandicornis (See remarks in Vaupel Klein, 1984a, p.39).
According to Vervoort (1949, p.34) the Indo-Malaysian specimens agree with Sewell's (1929) description, but differ from Giesbrecht's account of East-Pacific specimens by the shape of the urosome (perhaps a different species). | | | Last update : 03/04/2013 | |
