Esterly in Univ. Calif. Publs Zool., 1913, 11 (10). [Pl. 10, Fig. 8, 17]. Female (from S California): 8, forehead (lateral); 17, abdomen and postrior part of thorax (lateral). Cephalothorax length: 1.2 mm. Rostrum bifid, remarkably long, and heavy in the basal two-thirds, witha delicate filament at the end. A1 23-segmented, 1.6 mm long. Semi-transparent and without pigment.

 Issued from : C.O. Esterly in Univ. Calif. Publs Zool., 1913, 11 (10). [Pl. 12, Figs. 59, 62]. Female: 59, exopod of P1; 62, P5. Nota: 3rd segment of P5 tapers to an awl-like point; the outer margin near the base carries a small spine, and there is a heavy toothed bristle on the inner margin; there es a row of 7 or 8 spines on the distal margin of the 2nd segment.
