Issued from : M. Bernard in Bull. Soc. Zool. France, 1958, 83. [p.193, Pl. IV, c-e]. As Leptocalanus equalicauda. Female: c, habitus (lateral); d, P5; e, P4. Nota: Cephalon and 1st thoracic segment separate, 4th and 5th separated. Urosome 4-segmented, the 1st as long as wide. Spermathecae at the middle of the genital segment. Caudal rami short and square, with 3 strong setae plus 1 outer thin seta and 1 on the dorsal surface.

Issued from : M. Bernard in Bull. Soc. Zool. France, 1958, 83. [p.190, Pl. IV, c]. As Leptocalanus equalicauda. Male: a, habitus; b, P5; f, P4. Nota: Closely resemble Calocalanus plumulosus but differs by the small size of the caudal rami. Urosome 4-segmented, the 2nd shorter than in C. plumulosus. Last segment of A1 equal 1 3/4 the preceeding. P5 with 4 segments and 2 short setae on the left leg, 3 segments on the right leg with 1 terminal seta as long as than the three segments and 2 short setae.
