Batheuchaeta lamellata female: 1 - Genital segment symmetrical. 2 - Lobes of posterior corners of last thoracic segment reaching posterior border of genital segment (lateral view).

Batheuchaeta lamellata male: 1 - Exopodal segment 2 of P2 anterior surface with a row of minute denticles near the base of external spine. Denticles of endopod of P1 external lobe arranged apically. 2 - Left endopod of P5 without excavation.
