Bradyidius sp.  Greenwood, 1977   (F)
Ref.:
Greenwood, 1977 (p.55, Descr.F, figs.F)
Species Bradyidius sp. - Plate 1 of morphological figuresissued from : J.G. Greenwood in Proc. R. Soc. Qd, 1977, 88. [p.54, Fig.2].
Female (from 27°20'S, 153°15'E): 5th thoracic segment and urosome (lateral); b, habitus (lateral; body somewhat laterally compressed and fractured ventrally); c-f, P1 to P4 respectively.
Nota: Metasome to urosome length ratio 5.07
A1 24-segmented, relatively short, reaching to level of 3rd thoracic segment.
metasome with 1st thoracic segment separated from cephalic region by faint fusion line; 4th and 5th thoracic segments fused.
5th thoracic segment produced into pointed process reaching posterior level of genital segment.
Urosome 4-segmented, short.
Genital segment longer than remaining segments combined.
Caudal rami symmetrical.
Surface of P1-P4, but sepecially P2-P4 generally clothed with minute scale-like spines, these being slightly enlarged and organised into rows. Coxa of P4 with inner surface clothed by denticles forming pad, distal border with 3 spines.

Distribution map of Bradyidius sp. by geographical zones
Loc:
E Australia (Moreton Bay)
N: 1
Lg.:
(221) F: 0,92; {F: 0,92}
Rem.: ? hyperbenthic.
For Greenwood (1977, p.55) this rarity form ( a single female taken, S = 35.02 p.1000; t° = 25.5°C) may be due to semibenthic existence.
