- Urosome distinctly of 2 somites.
- Genital segment with naked, globular projection on right; anal somite projecting posteriorly as far as posterior border of caudal rami.

Posterior prosome corners asymmetrical.
- Left posterior prosome corner extending to posterior border of urosomal segment 2; right corner exyte,ding to posterior border of anal somite; urosomal segment 3 asymmetrically developed on right.
- Urosomal segment 3 with large, naked protuberance on right side.

The body length 1,80 mm is probably a lapsus calami for 2,80 ?
Rem.: epipelagic, neritic-oceanic.
The species was descibed by Dana from the middle of the tropical South Atlantic.
For Björnberg (1963, p.61) the species were taken from 03°33'S, 33°32'W and 01°30'S, 34°16'W.
According to Vervoort (1965, p.193) the locality records from the Aleutians by C.B. Wilson (1950) require confirmation.
