Remarks

After Fosshagen & Iliffe (1985, p.353) the caves containing this species lack direct connections with the sea. Living animals are colourness. Some were observed swimming slowly along the substrate while the endopod of Mxp was vibrating rapidly stirring up particles from the bottom.
