Female (from 86°34'N-86°29'N, 94°20'E-99°12'E): 1-2, habitus (dorsal and lateral, respectively); 3-4, irosome (lateral and dorsal, respectively); 5, genital field; 6, idem (lateral); 7, A1; 8, Md (mandibular palp); 9, Mx1; 10, Mx2; 11, P1; 12, P2; 13, P3; 14, P4.
4 = paratype.

Nota: A1 24-segmented.

Species Chiridiella sarsi - Plate 4 of morphological figuresChiridiella sarsi female:
1 - Mx2 with 5 endites.
2 - Mx2 strongly modified in comparison with typical; first-fifth endites of varying size; setation is not typical, some number of setae on third-fifth endites transformed into pincers-like spines.
3 - Setae of fourth endite of Mx2 arranged like pincers.
4 - Exopod of P1 with 2 external spines. A1 nearly as long as cephalothorax.
5 - Endopodal segment 2 of Md with 8-9 terminal setae. Exopod of Mx1 with 5 or 8 setae.
