Nota: This species differs from S. brevicornis, the abdomen of the female is shorter (much more than 1/3 length of cephalothorax; anal segment shorter; the inner lateral bristles of P5 are more erect (these bristles have a clearly incurvate distal part in S. brevicornis).

Bradford & al. (1983) and Park (1982) are not in line with the synonymies, the former not having had knowledge of the publication of the latter.
