Nota: Head and 1st thoracic segment fused, 4th and 5th separated by fine line.
Posterior lateral corner of cephalothorax rounded and slightly indented.
Rostral fimlaments thin.
A1 reaches the end of genital segment.
Mx1 with 2 setae on 2nd inner lobe, 3 setae on 3rd inner lobe; 5 on 2nd basal segment; 7 setae on endopod; 8 on exopod.
P5 2-segmented with single spine on inner corner of distal segment.
This species is similar to
Scolecithricella tropica Grice, 1962 from which it differs in the presence of only 1 spine on P5 and the form of the posterior lateral corner of the 5th thoracic segment.
