Nota: Abdomen 4-segmented; genital segment viewed laterally with a spiniform and hook-like appendage on the inferior aspect and near the proximal end, while posteriorly there is a distinct fascicle of hairs. A1 24-segmented; proportional lengths of the segments as shown by thr formula 1 (10), 2 (13), 3 (17), 4 (5), 6 (4), 7 (4), 8 (6), 9 (3), 10 (4), 11 (4), 12 (5), 13 (5), 14 (5), 15 (6), 16 (5), 17 (5), 18 (5), 19 (5), 20 (5), 21 (5), 22 (6), 23 (7), 24 (5).
