| | | | | | Ref.: | | | Suarez-Morales & Escamilla, 2001 (p.1439, figs.F, Rem.); Suarez-Morales, 2011 (p.9) | issued from : E. Suarez-Morales & J.B. Escamilla in J. Nat. Hist., 2001, 35. [p.1440, Fig.3]. Female (Laguna de Chelem, Yucatan): A, C, habitus (ventral and dorsal, respectively); B, left A1 (dorsal view); E, left P3 (showing long basipodal outer seta); F, outer apical exopodal seta of P3. Nota: Cephalothorax representing about 50 % of total body length. Oral papilla not prominet, located medially, about 23 % of ventral marin from anterior end of cephalothorax.Ventral ocelli absent; dorsal ocelli present, rounded in dorsal view, pigment cups relatively large, poorly developed, relatively widely separated from each other by gap equal to diameter of ocellus. 2 sensilla located on forehead between antennular bases, visible in dorsal view. A1 4-segmented (but purported segments 2-4 partially fused), relatively long, representing about 27 % of total body length, and 53 % of cephalothorax length; distal setae unbranched; length ratio antennular segments (from proximal to distal) 17.1:30.8:15.4:36.7 = 100. Head and 1st pedigerous somite fused.

issued from : E. Suarez-Morales & J.B. Escamilla in J. Nat. Hist., 2001, 35. [p.1441, Fig.4]. Female: A, habitus (lateral); B, forehead (dorsal); C, anal somite with caudal rami (ventral); D, 5th pedigerous somite with P5, and genital double somite with ovigerous spines (ventral); E, idem (lateral). Nota: P5 bilobed, outer lobe about 2 times as long as inner one, with 3 terminal setae subequal in length, lightly setulated; inner lobe armed with 1 terminal seta. Urosome consisting of 5th pedigerous somite, genital compound wsomite, and 2 free abdominal somites; ratio of lengths of 5th pedigerous somite to anal somite 25.1:50.1:16.6:8.4 = 100. Genital double somite bearing pair of short ovigerous spines, separate at base., thick in proximal 2/3 and slender distally, with scattered cuticular scars on proximal 1/3. Caudal rami about 2 times as long as wide, not divergent, bearing 4 setae.
