Species Pachos dentatum - Plate 1 of morphological figuresissued from : T. Mori in The pelagic Copepoda from the neighbouring waters of Japan, 1937 (1964). [Pl.80, Figs. 1-5, 9-11]. As Pachysoma dentatum.
Female (from 33°6'30''N, 139°39'0''E): 1, A1; 2, habitus (dorsal); 3, Mxp; 4, terminal portion of A2; 5, A2; 9, endopod of P3; 10, P1; 11, P2.

- 4th urosomal segment much shorter than the anal segment.
- 3rd segment (1st segment of endopodite of the posterior Mxp distinct from the 4th; the spine on the 2nd segment of the posterior Mxp more stout than that of P. punctatum.
