Female (80°00N, 134°56'E): 1-2, habitus (dorsal and lateral, respectively); 3, pedigerous somite 5 and genital segment (dorsal); 4, pedigerous somite 5 and urosome (lateral, left side); 5, rostrum (ventral view); 6, idem (lateral); 7, A1 (segments 1-8); 8, A1 (segments 9-17); 9, A1 (segments 18-24); 10, A2. Scale bar = 0.1 mm. Nota: A1 24-segmented, reaching the posterior end of prosome; 8th, 13th and 18th segments with knife-like aesthetascs (similar to those in Brachycalanus), aesthetascs on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 11th segments not knife-like. A2 exopod 6-segmented, slightly shorter than endopod

issued from : E.L. Markhaseva in Sarsia, 2002, 87. [p.314, Figs.11-15]. Female: 11, Md (mandibular palp); 12, Md (gnathobase); 13, Mx1; 14, Mx2; 15, Mxp. Scale bar = 0.1 mm. Nota: Inner lobe of Mx1 with 9 setae (4 posterior and 1 anterior); lobe 2 with 5 setae; lobe 3 with 4 setae; lobe 4 with 5 setae; endopod with segments nearly completely fused, with 10 setae; exopod with 10 setae; outer lobe with 7 long plus 2 short setae. Mx2 distal basal lobe plus exopod with 1 worm-like and 7 brush-like sensory setae; the brush-like setae are nearly the same length, but not identical in structure: there are 2 thick brushes with big heads and 5 brushes are thin with small heads Endopod of Mxp 5-segmented with 4, 4, 3, 4, and 4 setae, respectively; syncoxa with all setae sclerotized on praecoxal lobes: 1, 2 and 2 setae from proximal to distal and 3 setae on coxal lobe; basis with 3 setae proximally and 2 setae distally.
