Species Pseudodiaptomus cristobalensis - Plate 1 of morphological figuresissued from : T.C. Walter in Bull. Mar. Sc., 1989, 45 (3). [p.604, Fig.7].
Male: A, habitus (dorsal); B, last thoracic segments and urosome (lateral right side); C, P5 (posterior view); D, idem (anterior view).
sp = spermatophore.

Species Pseudodiaptomus cristobalensis - Plate 2 of morphological figuresIssued from : C.D. Marsh in Proc. U.S. natn. Mus., 1933, 82 (18) (2959). [Pl. 17, figs.1-3].
Male (from old French canal, Isthmus of Panama): 1, last thoracic segment and 1st urosomal segments (dorsal); 2, urosome (dorsal); 3, exopod of A2.

Nota: Head and 1st thoracic segment fused.The exopods of A2 show clearly only two segments in the central portion.

Species Pseudodiaptomus cristobalensis - Plate 3 of morphological figuresIssued from : C.D. Marsh in Proc. U.S. natn. Mus., 1933, 82 (18) (2959). [Pl. 16, fig.7].
Male: P5.

Nota: The hook of the right exopod is stout and about equal in length to the 2nd segment. The left leg has a spatulate endopod, which is about twice as long as the 1st segment of the exopod; the 2nd segment of the exopod is truncate at its distal end, which is armed with minute setae, has a spine about midway of the outer margin.
