hyperbenthic (306 m). This species resembles X. siedleckii. Morphological characteristics (from Bradford-Grieve , 2005, p.947): A1 extends to distal border of pedigerous 2; basis of Md with 3 setae; inner lobe 1 of Mx2 with 5 setae; basis of P1 with inner distal spinules; general proportions of P5: squat; basis and exopod of P5: fused; exopod of P5 with 3 spines.
