Issued from : O. Tanaka in Spec. Publs. Seto mar. biol. Lab., 10, 1960 [Pl. XXXIXI, 1-4]. As Corycaeus (Corycella) longicaudis with doubt. Female (from 13°44'S, 68°22'E): 1, habitus (dorsal); 2, last thoracic segment and abdomen (lateral); 3, abdomen (dorsal); 4, P4. Nota: Cephalothorax and abdomen in the proportional lengths 68 to 32. 2nd thoracic segment with a slight dorsal hump. Wing-like expansion of the 4th thoracic segmlent extends about to the middle of the genital segment. Abdominal segment and caudal rami in the proportional lengths 60 to 40. Genital segment elongate ovate, about 2.3 times as long as broad, and about 3 times as long as high. Caudal rami 6 times as long as broad. In P1 to P3 the 2nd and 3rd exopodal segments finely serrated. Remaks: In longicaudis the ventral pad of the genital segment is smooth, whereas it is setose in the present specimen
