bathypelagic (Depth sampled: 2000-3000 m; bottom depth: 3850 m).

For Andronov & Kosobokova (2011, p.43) the differential diagnosis are the presence of 3 outer spines on the 3rd exopodal segment of the left P2 and only 2 spines on the right P2; the appearance of the genital field, specifically the protruding thick wide fold that covers the middle part of the double-somite.
