Male (from Durban Bay, Natal): 3, right A1; 4, urosome; 5, terminal spines of P4; 6, P5.

Nota:
- Right A1 very slender, the median segments slightly dilated, entirely destitute of serrated plates and bearing only very short, simple setae.
- Endopodites of P1 to P4 bi-segmented.
- Endopod of P5 tri-segmented, terminal spines of the exopod long, slender and quite devoid of marginal serratures; of usual prehensile type.
- Abdomen 4-segmented.
- Caudal rami scarcely longer than the last abdominal segment (= anal segment)
