Nota Female:
- Head and 1st pedigerous segment imperfectly separate.
- Posterolateral corners of last thoracic segment slightly prominent.
- Rostrum very short, 2-pointed.
- Genital segment aout the same length that the following.
- 2nd and 3rd abdominal segments furnished ventrally with a tuft of hairs near proximal marginal.
- Caudal rami slightly longer than wide and little divergent.
- A1 23-segmented, extends approximately the prosome length.; segments identical and almost of the same length.
- In P2 to P4, 1st and 2nd exopodal segments fused, but a trace of separation more or less visible.

Species Valdiviella brevicornis - Plate 3 of morphological figuresissued from : A. Scott in Siboga-Expedition, 1909, XIX a. [Plate XXII, Figs.27-35]. With doubt.

Female: 294, P2; 295, P4.

Nota: P2 and P4 with some evidence of segmentation between exopodal segments 1 and 2.
