Distribution map of Euaugaptilus diminutus by geographical zones
|
| | | Loc: | | | Caribbean Sea
Type locality: 19°02'N, 81°57'W. | | | N: | 1 | | | Lg.: | | | (88) F: 1,44; 1,32; {F: 1,32-1,44} | | | Rem.: | Mesopelagic. Recorded at a depth between 155 and 450 m (Matthews, 1972). This species is similar to E. vescus, however, the segmentation of P1 and the setation of the mouthparts distinguish them from each other. This species is also related to Euaugaptilus unisetosus except for the details of such appendages as A1, Md and Mx1. | | | Last update : 03/01/2015 | |
