(38) juv.: 3,7-3,5 (adulte probablement de 5 à 6 mm); (928) Juv.F 4: 3,3-3,69
Rem.: epi-mesopelagic. Known to occur at a depth between 200 and 400 m, and above 200 m (Matthews, 1972).
Björnberg & al. (1981, p.606) do not cite this species in their inventory of the SW Atlantic species.
The female specimen from the Philippines noted by Wilson was not described and its identification seems doubtful.
