Species Disco inflatus - Plate 1 of morphological figuresissued from : G.D. Grice & K. Huisemann in Proc. U.S. natn. Mus., 1967, 122 (3583). [p.56, Figs.148-156; p.57, Figs.157-161].
Male (from Indian Ocean): 148, habitus (dorsal); 149, 5th thoracic segment and urosome ( lateral left side); 150, distal segments of left A1; 151, Md (mandibular palp); 152, Md ( distal part of mandible blade); 153, Mx1; 154, Mx2; 155, distal end of Mx2 (other side); 156, Mxp; 157, P1; 158, P2 (terminal spine broken off); 159, P3 (terminal spine broken off); 160, P4 (terminal spine broken off); 161, P5.

Nota: Head and 1st thoracic segment separate, 4th and 5th fused. Rostrum absent. Anal segment longer than preceding segment, slightly shorter than furca. A1 reaches to 4th urosomal segment; left A1 geniculate. Endopod of A2 about equal in length to exopod. Mx1 reduced, endopod (?) with 2 setae; Mx2 and Mxp with reduced number of setae. Exopods of swimming legs 3-segmented; endopod of P1 2-segmented,of P2 to P4 3-segmented. P5 biramous, exopods 3-segmented, endopods 2-segmented; penultimate segment of left exopod indented on internal side.

Species Disco inflatus - Plate 2 of morphological figuresissued from : G.D. Grice & K. Hulsemann in J. Zool., 1965, 146. [p.255, Fig.h-n].
Female (from Madeira Is. - Canary): h, habitus (dorsal); i, idem (lateral left side); j, A2; k, Md (mandibular palp); l, Md (cutting edge); m, Mx1; n, Mx2.
Nota: Mx1 greatly reduced, endopod with 2 setae.

Species Disco inflatus - Plate 3 of morphological figuresissued from : G.D. Grice & K. Hulsemann in J. Zool., 1965, 146. [p.257, Fig.24, a-g].
Female: a, Mxp; b, P1; c, P2 (terminal spine of exopod missing); d, P3 (terminal spine of exopod missing); e, P4 (terminal spine of exopod missing); f, P5.
Nota: P5 uniramous, 2-segmented, both devoid of setae and spines.
