Male (from Indian Ocean): 148, habitus (dorsal); 149, 5th thoracic segment and urosome ( lateral left side); 150, distal segments of left A1; 151, Md (mandibular palp); 152, Md ( distal part of mandible blade); 153, Mx1; 154, Mx2; 155, distal end of Mx2 (other side); 156, Mxp; 157, P1; 158, P2 (terminal spine broken off); 159, P3 (terminal spine broken off); 160, P4 (terminal spine broken off); 161, P5.

Nota: Head and 1st thoracic segment separate, 4th and 5th fused. Rostrum absent. Anal segment longer than preceding segment, slightly shorter than furca. A1 reaches to 4th urosomal segment; left A1 geniculate. Endopod of A2 about equal in length to exopod. Mx1 reduced, endopod (?) with 2 setae; Mx2 and Mxp with reduced number of setae. Exopods of swimming legs 3-segmented; endopod of P1 2-segmented,of P2 to P4 3-segmented. P5 biramous, exopods 3-segmented, endopods 2-segmented; penultimate segment of left exopod indented on internal side.

Female (from Madeira Is. - Canary): h, habitus (dorsal); i, idem (lateral left side); j, A2; k, Md (mandibular palp); l, Md (cutting edge); m, Mx1; n, Mx2.
Nota: Mx1 greatly reduced, endopod with 2 setae.
