Left A1 geniculate, numerous asesthetasks on proximal segments. Endopod of A2 about 2/3 the length of exopod. Endopod of Md about 2/3 the length of exopod; palpus devoid of setae; blade with 1 large and 2 small teeth, distal end covered with numerous small spines. Mx1 with 1 seta on 2nd inner lobe, 3 setae on 3rd inner lobe, 2 setae on 2nd basal segment, 9 setae on endopod, and 7 setae on exopod. Mx2 with 5 lobes bearing 4, 3, 3, 3, and 1 setae, respectively. | | | Rem.: | For Grice & Hulsemann (1967 p.41) in most respects the present male is similar to the males of the Disco species. However, the uniramous P5 of the present male apparently preclude its referral to the genus Disco. Until females are discovered, the authors will not attempt a family designation or generic description. | | | Last update : 14/06/2022 | |
