The mean female size is 2.575 mm (n = 2), and the mean male size is 1.980 mm (n = 2). The size ratio (male : female) is about 0.77.

Remarks

Grice & Hulsemann (1967, p.28) ascribe the form (M) without certitude to M. boecki, differ slightly from M. discreta.
The females resemble Metridia lucens females.
