Scott in Rep. Fishery Bd Scotl., 1905,23 (3). [Pl. X, Figs.1-7, 9]. Male (from Firth of Forth, Scotland): 1, habitus (lateral); 2, A1; 3, A2; 4-7, P1 to P4, respectively; 9, urosome (dorsal). Nota: Cephalothorax composed of 4 segments, but the 5th is so small as to be almost entirely obscured by the 4th. A1 17-segmented. A2 exopod scarcely so long as the endopod composed of 5 segments (Wolfenden describes A2 as 1-segmented but had probably become accidentally lost).

Nota: P5 asymmetrical, left leg is long and slender (extrmity apparently damaged), a dense fringe of small delicate hairs extends along part of the proximal half of the inner margin of the terminal segment, and terminates distally at a small hook-like process; the right leg is dilated at the proximal end of the 2nd segment, the 3rd segment is narrow, and terminates interiorly in 1 or 2 finger-like processes; the terminal segment very slender, and tapers gradually to a pointed apex, furnished with a a small process exteriorly near the proximal end.
