Anal segment and caudal rami fused.
Caudal rami 5.5 times as long as wide, the right ramus longer than the left one.
A1 extends beyond the end of the caudal rami.
P5 barely asymmetrical; left leg longer than tight leg; 2nd segment of each leg with a coarse process on the inner distal side; distal segments rather short, their tips bifurcated

Nota: Urosome 5 segments, anal segment very short. Right A1 geniculate with 17 segments, anterior edge of 13-15th segments smooth witout denticles. P5 asymmetrical with 3 segments; 1st and 2nd segments of the left leg broad, terminal end of distal segment curved inward. Right leg chelate-like; 1st segment long, inner edge of the middle part with a small and obtuse process, at the anterior margin of this process there is 1 spine; 2nd segment arm-shaped, at the outer edge of the middle part also a small process, and at the inner edge, 3 spines; By the apex of the outer edge is a long spine.

The other one inhabits in the off-shore waters and the waters around the coral reefs in the South China Sea, such as T. scaphus, T. murrayi, T. sinicus.
