Espèce Monstrilla conjunctiva - Planche 1 de figures morphologiquesissued from : R.B.S. Sewell in The John Murray Expedition, 1933-34, Scientific Reports, IX (2), 1949. [p.137, Fig.38] .
Male (from Nankauri Harbour, Nicobar Is.): A, habitus (lateral left side); E, P1.
Nota: Proportional lengths of the various segments of the body as 513 : 123 : 88 : 70 : 40 : 35 : 26 : 22 : 13 : 70 = 1000. Mouth-opening divides the anterior region (pre-oral) and posterior region (post-oral) as 1 to 1.5. Abdomen 4-segmented. Genital segment bears ventrally a sac-like protuberance that terminates on each side in a conical projection; on the postero-lateral border of this sac, abot half-way along its length is a spine-like process that is thick at the base and tapers to the free end and is serrated along its outer margin. Caudal rami of nearly equal in length to the last three abdominal segments, each with 4 setae. A1 5-segmented (2nd and 3rd partially fused; proportional lengths as 15:16:21:25:23 = 100; the 1st segment devoided of any setae. P5 represented by a long seta that arise from the posterior border of the segment and reaches to the end of the caudal rami.

Female: B, habitus (dorsal); C, 5th thoracic segment and abdomen (ventral); D, P2.
Nota: Proportional lengths of the various segments of the body (cephalon to caudal rami) as 653:82:65:49:37:43:17:11:43 = 1000. Abdomen 3-segmented. Caudal rami about 4 times the length of the anal segment, each ramus bears 5 setae. P5 consists of 2 flat plates, each with 2 setae on iits distal margin

Espèce Monstrilla conjunctiva - Planche 2 de figures morphologiquesissued from : W. Giesbrecht in Copepoden. Res. voyage du S. Y. Belgica. Rapports scientifiques, Zoologie, 1902. [Taf. XII, Figs.1-6].
Male (from Peter Ist Island): 1, habitus (lateral); 2, A1; 3, urosome (lateral); 4, idem (ventral); 5, P4; 6, P1.
Ri = endopod; Re = exopod.

Espèce Monstrilla conjunctiva - Planche 3 de figures morphologiquesIssued from : T. Scott in Rep. Fishery Bd Scotl., 1904, 12 (3). [Pl. XIII, fig.13]. As Monstrilla anglicaWith doubt
Female (Firth of Forth, Scotland): 13, habitus (dorsal).

Nota : A1 elongated and slender, indistinctly 3-segmented ; the basal segment very short, the next, which is not very clearly defined, also small but longer than the basal segment, the remaining portion consists of a single piece which may be made up of two or three coalescent segments.
P5 sub-cylindrical in outline, nearly 2 timesas long as broad ; each foot furnished with 2 elongated apical setae, and the inner margin, which is nearly straight and shorter than the outer margin, terminates in a small rounded process, beyond which the distal portion of the foot becomes narrower.
Genital filaments scarcely equal in length to the caudal rami.
Abdomen 3-segmented ; 1st segment about twice the length of the 2nd, while the 2nd about one and half times the lengty of the 3rd.
Caudal rami each furnished with 6 setae.

Espèce Monstrilla conjunctiva - Planche 4 de figures morphologiquesIssued from : T. Scott in Rep. Fishery Bd Scotl., 1904, 12 (3). [Pl. XIV, figs.12-14]. As Monstrilla anglica. With doubt.
Female: 12, A1; 13 ,P5; 14, Abdomen and caudal rami.
