issued from : G.A. Heron in Antarct. Res. Ser. Washington, 1977, 26. [p.80, Fig.25, a-o]. Female: a, right A2 (scale bar: Y); b, labrum (scale bar: Z); c, left Md (scale bar: Z); d, right Mx1 (scale bar: Z); e, left Mx2 (scale bar: Z); f, right Mxp (scale bar: Y); g-j, P1 to P4 (scale bar: Y); k, P5 (scale bar: Z). Male: l, habitus (lateral (scale bar: X); m, urosome (dorsal; lacking caudal setaescale bar: Y).

Issued from : S.J. Malt in Bull. Br. Mus. nat. Hist. (Zool), 1982, 42 (3). [p.204, Fig.10, c-f]. Female (from 20°N, 21°W): c-d, habitus (dorsal and lateral, respectively); e, urosome (dorsal); f, A2. Nota: Assigned to O. rotunda because of its distinctive A2, which has a very short terminal segment relative to the 2nd segment and bear(s relatively short terminal spines and setae. Also the terminal segment of the 4th endopodite is reduced. This specimen, except size) corresponds to Heron's description, although reported from in the Antarctic zone of the Pacific (between 1000 and 200 m depth).
