Nota: Oral papilla located at about 30% of the way back of the cephalothorax (against 22% in C. thompsoni). The ovigerous spines are slightly shorter in C. nicolettae (37% of total body length) than they are in C. thompsoni (40.5%)

Compare with C. bowmani, C. boxshalli, C. longispinosum, C. morii, C. quintanarooense, C. striatus, C. thompsoni, C. tumorifrons, C. sp. (from Brazil), C. chelemense.
