O. rigida collected from the Vellar estuary (SE coast of India) and rearing with mixed algae viz. Chlorella marina, Coscinodiscus centralis, Skeletonema costatum, Chaetoceros affinis in the concentration of 50,000 cells/mL. Water quality parameters (temperatyre, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen and the population density, growth and survival of nauplii, copepodite and adults were observed daily. |
