Nota : Prosome 3.0-3.4 times longer than urosome. Cephalosome and pediger 1 incompletely separate ; 4th and 5th incompletely separate. Posterior corners of prosome rounded, asymmetrical, right one shorter. Genital double-somite nearly symmetrical ; spermathecae elongate, in distal half frontally directed. Caudal rami with 4 terminal setae, 1 small dorsal seta, ventral seta apparently missing.

Espèce Rythabis asymmetrica - Planche 2 de figures morphologiquesissued from : E.L. Markhaseva & K. Schulz in J. Nat. Hist., 2007, 41 (13-16). [p.739, Fig.5]

Scale bars: 0.1 mm.

Nota : A2 exopod 7-segmented (2.5 times as long as endopod), with 0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3 setae ; endopod segment 1 with 2 setae, 2nd with 7 and 6 setae. Md gnathobase with 5 large and 3 small teeth, 1 seta and a row of spinules along cutting edge ; exopod of 5 segments with 1, 1, 1, 1, and 2 setae ; endopod segment 1 with 2 setae, segment 2 with 9 setae. Mx1 : praecoxal endite with 9 thick and 1 thin small terminal and 4 posterior setae ; coxal endite with 5 setae, coxal epipodite with 9 setae ; proximal basal endite with 4 setae, distal basal endite with 5 setae fused to endopod, endopod with 9 setae ; exopod with 4 setae. P5 uniramous, 3-segmented, coxa slightly smaller than basis, both with denticles on posterior surface medially and distally ; exopod armed with 4 spines, 1 toothed medial, 1 short lateral and 2 strong toothed spines distally.

Espèce Rythabis asymmetrica - Planche 3 de figures morphologiquesissued from : E.L. Markhaseva & K. Schulz in J. Nat. Hist., 2007, 41 (13-16). [p.740, Fig.6]
Female: A, Mx2 (praecoxal, coxal and proximal basal endites; posterior view); B, Mx2 (proximal basal endite (setae not figured) plus endopod; C, Mxp (syncoxa and basis; D, Mxp (endopod); F, P1 (anterior view); G, right endopod of P1 (anterior view).
Scale bars: 0.1 mm.

Mx2 : proximal praecoxal endite with 4 setae, distal with 3 setae ; proximal and distal coxal endites with 3 setae each ; proximal basal endite plus endopod with 6 worm-like (3 longer than others) and 2 brush-like sensory setae with distal filaments longer than setae itself. P1 : basis with curved mediodistal seta ; endopod 1-segmented with poorly developed lateral lobe, 3 medial and 2 terminal setae present, endopod with denticles along proximal lateral edge and lateral corner distally.
