Espèce Euaugaptilus humilis - Planche 1 de figures morphologiquesissued from : J.M. Bradford-Grieve in The Marine Fauna of New Zealand: Pelagic Calanoid Copepoda. National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA). NIWA Biodiversity Memoir, 111, 1999. [p.53, Fig.25].
Female (from 31°40'S, 177°33'W): A, habitus (dorsal); B, forehead (right lateral side); C, genital somite (right lateral side); D, (Md (mandibular palp); E, Mx1; F, P1; G, P5.

Nota: Forehead slightly vaulted and uniformly rounded in dorsal and lateral view.
- Rostrum with 2 filaments.
- Genital segmenta little longer than than the combined length of the following 2 segments which are about equal in length.
- Caudal rami about as long as anal segment, asymmetrical, longer on right; rami nearly twice as long as wide, ending squartely, with 4 subequal setae, 1 on outer edge and 3 terminal.
- A1 extending beyond caudal rami by about the last 2 or 3 segments.
- A2 endopod about 1/2 the length of exopod; basipod 2 longer than exopod and longer than endopod segment 1.
- Mandibular palp biramous; exopod segment 1 with 6 long setae, endopod with 6 short setae; cutting edge of blade with a long distal tooth and a curved median tooth of moderate size and 3 small proximal teeth.
- Mx1 inner lobe 1 with 5 spines, inner lobe 2 absent, inner lobe 3 with 1 seta; endopod with 3+4 setae; exopod with 4 long and 3 small terminal setae, outer lobe with 6 strong setae.
- Mx2 short, lobes 1-6 with 3, 2, 2, 3, 2, 2 setae respectively.
- Mxp of moderate length.
- No shield-shaped appendages on setae Mx2 or Mxp.

Espèce Euaugaptilus humilis - Planche 2 de figures morphologiquesissued from : O. Tanaka & M. Omori in Publs Seto Mar. Biol. Lab., 1974, XXI (3/4). [p.219, Fig.12].
Female: a, forehead (ventral); b, last thoracic segment and urosome (lateral left side); c, A2; d, Md; e, Mx1; f, Mx2; g, Mxp; h, P1; i, P4; j, P5.

Nota: The urosome segments and furca are in the proportional lengths as 47:16:16:21 = 100.
- Prosome and urosome are in the proportional lengths as 77 : 23.
- A1 extends beyond the end of furca by 4 segments.

Farran's (1926, p.289, fig.10) specimen lacks rostral filaments and the 2nd inner lobe of the Mx1, there are no button-like organs on the setae of the Mx2 and Mxp.

Espèce Euaugaptilus humilis - Planche 3 de figures morphologiquesissued from : O. Tanaka & M. Omori in Publs Seto Mar. Biol. Lab., 1974, XXI (3/4). [p.198, Fig.1,a].
Female: a, mandibular teeth.

Espèce Euaugaptilus humilis - Planche 4 de figures morphologiquesissued from : G.D. Grice in Bull. mar. Sci. Gulf Caribb., 1963, 13 (4). [p.486, Figs.7-11].
Female (from 15°04'N, 56°30'W)): H, anterior end of head (lateral); I, urosome (dorsal); J, Md (biting edge).

Nota: Some differences were noted between the present specimens and Farran's (1926) based on one female specimen from the Bay of Biscay. Rostral filaments present (they were either absent from Farran's or possibly overlooked by him). The length of the caudal rami are equal in our specimens. The right ramus is stated to be longer than the left in E. humilis but this is not especially notable in our figure. The left side of the genital segment is not at swollen as in E. humilis. The 2nd inner lobe of Mx1, apparently absent in Farran's specimen, is present in our specimens and has a single seta arising from its tip.The first pair of A1 exceed the ends of the caudal rami by the last 5 segments

Espèce Euaugaptilus humilis - Planche 5 de figures morphologiquesissued from : G.P. Farran in Biscayan Plankton collected during a Cruise of H.M.S. 'Research', 1900.- Part XIV. The Copepoda. (Linn. Journ. Zoology, XXXVI, 1926). [p.305, Pl.10, Figs.4-10].
Female from 46-47°N, 7-8°W): 4, habitus (dorsal); 5, A2; 6, Md (cutting edge); 7, urosome (dorsal); 8, Mx1; 9, Mx2; 10, Mxp.
Nota: Urosome slightly more than 1/4 the length of the cephalothorax.
- No rostral filaments [probably not seen].
- Genital segment slightly swollen on the left side and a little longer than the combined length of the two segments, which are about equal in length.
- Caudal rami about as long as the anal segment, with rami nearly twice as long as wide, endlng squarely, with 4 subequal setae, 1 on the outer edge and 3 terminal; right rami being distinctly longer than the left.
- A2 with endopod about 1.5 times exopod; basipod 2 longer than exopod and than 1st segment of endopod.
- Exopod of Md with 6 long setae; endopod with 6 short setae.
- Mx1 with narrow inner lobe 1, bearing 8 strong spines; inner lobe 2 absent; inner lobe 3 with 1 seta; endopod with 3+4 setae, the distal 4 being on a separate segment; exopod with 4 long and 3 small terminal setae: outer lobe with 6 strong setae.
- Mx2 short; B1 distinctly segmented with well marked lobes; 1st lobe with 3 setae, 2nd and 3rd with 2 each, 4th with 3; B2 comparatively long , with 2+2 setae.
- Mxp: B1 with 1+3+3 short setae; B2 with 2+2 setae.
