(W equatorial), China Seas (South China Sea), Taiwan (SW), Indonesia-Malaysia, Flores Sea, Indien, South Africa (off Durban, Natal), off Kennya. | | | N: | 10 (Indian: 3; Indo-Malaysia: 2; Pacif.: 5) | | | Lg.: | | | (149) F: 2,06-1,94; M: 2-1,9; (778) F: 2-1,86; M: 1,95-1,8; (1122) F: 1,9; M: 1,9; {F: 1,86-2,06; M: 1,80-2,00}
The mean female size is 1.952 mm (n = 5; SD = 0.0795), and the mean male size is 1.910 mm (n = 5; SD = 0.0742). The size ratio (male : female) is about 0.98. | | | Rem.: | The species resembles Candacia longimana. According to Mulyadi (1997, p.95) the female resembles C. longimana Claus, but is distinguishable from the latter by the presence a pair of small spines on dorsal surface of urosomal somite 1, the form of P5. In the male by the bilobed protrusion on the right side of urosomal somite 1 and the form of P5. | | | Dernière mise à jour : 03/12/2020 | |
