Paraeuchaeta triloba  Park, 1995   (F)
Ref.:
Park, 1994 (p.320); 1995 (p.43, Descr.F, figs.F)
Espèce Paraeuchaeta triloba - Planche 1 de figures morphologiquesissued from : T. Park in Bull. Scripps Inst. Oceanogr. Univ. California, San Diego, 1995, 29. [p.141, Fig.31].
Female: a, forehead (left side); b, urosome (left); c, genital somite (left); d, idem (left, tilted counterclockwise); e, idem (ventral); f, outer lobe of Mx1; g, P1 (anterior); h, P2 (anterior).

Nota: Similar in habitus including urosome to P. scotti.
Dorsal wall of genital somite nearly straight; genital flange appears trilobed; posterior edge of genital field produced into a relatively small knob; posterior margin of genital prominence distinctly shorter than posterior ventral wall of somite and they meet in a rather smooth curve. Genital somite in both dorsal and ventral view widest at middle with marked genital swelling. Viewed laterally, left side of genital somite with a low ridge close to anterior base of genital prominence, which can be seen more clearly when the somite is tilted.
2nd urosomal somite with a low dorsal hump close to proximal end.
Cephalosomal appendages and swimming legs similar to those of P. scotti except that outer lobe of Mx1 with 7 long distal plus 2 small proximal setae.

Espèce Paraeuchaeta triloba - Planche 2 de figures morphologiquesParaeuchaeta triloba Female:
1 - See key to species Groups and independent species of Paraeuchaeta (p.30): malayensis species Group.
2 - Outer spine of 2nd exopodal segment (or the 2nd of the first 2 exopodal segments forming a proximal, compound segment) of P1 normally developed (Fig.31-g).
3 - Outer lobe of Mx1 with 7 long setae in addition to 1 or 2 minute setae proximally (Fig.31-f).
4 - Genital somite without a conical process on left side close to anterior base of genital prominence (Fig.31-c).
5 - Dorsally and ventrally, genital somite symmetrical (Fig.31-e).
6 - Laterally, genital flange with normal posterior lobe (Fig.31-c).
7 - Laterally, genital somite with more or less smooth dorsal margin (Fig.31-c).
8 - Laterally, genital prominence with nearly straight or only slightly bulging posterior margin (Fig.31-c).
9 - Outer lobe of Mx1 with 7 long setae plus 1 or 2 very minute setae (Fig.31-f).
10 - Laterally, genital prominence with posterior margin equal to or longer than posterior ventral wall of somite (Fig.31-c).
11 - Laterally, posterior margin of genital prominence and posterior ventral wall of somite forming an angle of less than 120° (Fig.31-c).
12 - Laterally, genital flange trilobed (Fig.31-c).
