Heterorhabdus guineanensis  Park, 2000   (F,M)
Ref.:
Park, 2000 (p.104, figs.F,M, Rem.)
Espèce Heterorhabdus guineanensis - Planche 1 de figures morphologiquesissued from : T. Park in Bull. Scripps Inst. Oceanogr. Univ. California, San Diego, 2000, 31. [p.224, Fig;72].
Female: a, habitus (left side); b, c, urosome (left, dorsal, respectively); d, e, forehead (dorsal, left, respectively); f, genital somite with operculum partially open (left); g, genital somite with operculum closed (left); h, genital somite (ventral); i, left Mx2 (posterior).

Nota: Prosome length 71 % length of body and about 2.4 times length of urosome.
Forehead with widely angular anterior end and produced ventrad into a small rostral lobe bearing 2 slender filaments.
Mx2: 2nd seta of 1st lobe very small, about 1/5 length of 1st; subterminal posterior spine of 4th lobe 63% as long as 2nd saberlike terminal spine, which is only slightly longer than 1st. Falcate spine of 5th lobe only slightly longer than saberlike spine, with proximal 55% medial margin serrated with spinules. Falcate spine of 6th lobe with proximal 64% of medial margin serrated with spinules.

Espèce Heterorhabdus guineanensis - Planche 2 de figures morphologiquesissued from : T. Park in Bull. Scripps Inst. Oceanogr. Univ. California, San Diego, 2000, 31. [p.225, Fig.73].
Female: a, right Mxp (anterior); b, P5 (anterior).

Male: c, P5 (distal exopodal segments omitted), anterior; d, P5 (endopods omitted), anterior; e, P5 (endopods omitted), anterior; e, P5 (endopods omitted), posterior; f, basipod of right P5 (anterior); g, second exopodal segment of right P5 (posterior); h, first 2 exopodal segments of left P5 (anterior). dlb = distal lobe; plb = proximal lobe.

Espèce Heterorhabdus guineanensis - Planche 3 de figures morphologiquesHeterorhabdus guineanensis female:
1 - See key to species groups of Heterorhabdus: ''papilliger'' Group (p.90, 102).
2 - Midanterior tubercular process of forehead produced into an angular process (Fig.72-d) and not produced into a spiniform process. P5 with inner marginal seta on 1st endopodal segment (Fig.73-b).
3 - Laterally, genital prominence extending down to posterior end of somite (Fig.72-b).
4 - Laterally, genital prominence more or less rounded, with a moderately sloping anterior wall making an angle of about 60° with longitudinal axis of somite (Fig.72-b).
5 - Laterally, posteroventral margin of genital somite highly inflated (Fig.72-g).

Espèce Heterorhabdus guineanensis - Planche 4 de figures morphologiquesHeterorhabdus guineanensis male:
1 - See key to species groups of Heterorhabdus: ''papilliger'' Group (p.90, 102).
2 -Midanterior tubercular process of forehead angular and not produced into a spiniform process. Basal inner lobe of left P5 rather poorly developed (Fig.73-e).
3 - In right P5, medial projection of 2nd exopodal segment terminally expanded, with a large rounded proximal lobe (Fig.73-e).
4 - In medial projection of 2nd exopodal segment of right P5, distal lobe below terminal spiniform process produced distad into a large toothlike process and larger than proximal lobe (Fig.73-g).
