Espèce Lucicutia polaris - Planche 1 de figures morphologiquesIssued from : K.A. Brodskii in Calanoida of the Far Eastern Seas and Polar Basin of the USSR. Opred. Fauna SSSR, 1950, 35 (Israel Program for Scientific Translations, Jerusalem, 1967) [p.331, Fig.229].
Female (from central part Arctic): habitus (dorsal and lateral left side); R, rostrum (frontal view); S1, P1; S5, P5.

Espèce Lucicutia polaris - Planche 2 de figures morphologiquesIssued from : K. Hülsemann in Bull. Mar. Sc., 1966, 16 (4). [p.714, Figs.43-44.]. With doubt.
Female (from W Indian): 43, habitus (dorsal); 44, idem (lateral left side).

Nota: This female differs from Brodsky's description in a somewhat shorter caudal rami and larger size.

Espèce Lucicutia polaris - Planche 3 de figures morphologiquesissued from : M.V. Heptner in Zool. Zh., 1969, 48 (2). [p.199, Fig.1].
Male (from Arct.): 1-2, habitus (lateral and dorsal, respectively); 3, anal segment and caudal rami (dorsal); 4, left P5; 5, inner distal margin of basis of left P5; 6, right P5, 7, spine-like on outer margin of basipod of P1.

Nota: Inner distal margin of basis of left P5 with row of spinous processes around inner distal angle.

Espèce Lucicutia polaris - Planche 4 de figures morphologiquesissued from : M.V. Heptner in Trudy. Inst. Okeanol., 1971, 92. [p.119, Fig.22, 9-13].
Female (from Kuril-Kamchatka Trench): r, rostrum; pbs, spine-like on outer margin of basipod of P1.

Espèce Lucicutia polaris - Planche 5 de figures morphologiquesLucicutia polaris female:
1 - Characters following not combined : Prosome about 3 times longer than urosome. Cephalosome with slightly projecting and rounded anterior corners and well developed lateral spinous projections; anal somite about as long as wide; caudal rami 11.7 times longer than wide and bowed outwards at base, leaving elliptical space between rami proximally.
2 - P1 with 2-segmented endopod.
3 - Cephalosome not with 2 pairs of lateral spinous projections, but with other forms.
4 - A1 extending to end of caudal ramus or 1 to 2 segments beyond.
5 - Caudal rami about 14 times longer than wide.

Espèce Lucicutia polaris - Planche 6 de figures morphologiquesLucicutia polaris male:
1 - P1 with 2-segmented endopod;
2 - Caudal rami more than 10 times longer than wide.
3 - Caudal rami 10 to 12 times longer than wide.
4 - Coxa of right P5 similar in length to coxa of left leg; inner margin of coxa of right leg smooth.
5 - Inner distal margin of basis of left P5 with row of spinous processes around inner distal angle.
