issued from : H.G. Jeong, H.-L. Suh, Y.H. Yoon & H.Y. Soh in Ocean Sc. J., 2008, 43 (4). [p.213, Fig.6]. Female (from SE Korea): A, habitus (dorsal); B, forehead (lateral); C, A1; D, urosome (lateral, right side); E, left P5; F, P5. Nota: This species shows two types of endopods in female P5 (figs.6, E, F): type I with uniramous endopod and type II having apical bifid one. Among the prvious studies, type I was illustrated by Kim (1985) and Ferrari & Ueda (2005), and type II appeared in figures of Giesbrecht (1892), Wilson (1950) and Chen & Zhang (1965). Females occuring in the South Korea also have two types of endopod, but bifid endopod (type II) is found on only 1 individual. The variation of the female P5 may be intraspecific.
