Remarques

Cette espèce présente une répartition géographique originale, notamment par l'absence de références (d'après les listes des auteurs analysés) concernant l'Atlantique sud, l'océan Indien, le Pacifique sud. Les auteurs s'accordent généralement sur sa répartition bathymétrique profonde (méso et bathypélagique).
