Female (from Black Sea, Sebastopol): 1-2, habitus (dorsal and lateral, respectively); 3-4, urosome (dorsal and lateral, respectuvely); 5, A1; 6, rostrum; 7, A2; 8, Md; 9, Mx1; 10, Mx2; 11, Mxp; 12-16, P1 to P5, respectively.
Planche 2 issued from : A.A. Shmeleva in Vestnik zool., 2005, 39 (6). [p.68, Fig.2). Male: 1, habitus (dorsal); 2, urosome (dorsal); 3, right A1; 4, left A1; 5, left P5; 6, right P5 (ex = exopodite; in = endopodite).
After Shmeleva (2005, p.65) this species is euryhaline (7 to 39 p.100) and stenotherm (14 to 31°C). This species resembles Centropages kroyeri, for Gurbanova & al. (2013, p.4) there is insufficient information to confirm the existence of the species.
