Female (from 42°26'S, 173°52'E): 1, habitus (dorsal); 2, idem (lateral left side.
Bar scale: 1.0 mm.

Nota: Head and 1st thoracic segment fused, 4th and 5th thoracic segments separate.
Urosome length about 1/4 total length of body.
Posterolateral of last thoracic segment extended backwards and slightly upwards in long points almost reaching genital segment hind border.
Rostrum large with U-shaped gap between slightly diverging points.
Urosome 4-segmented;
Caudal rami slightly longer than wide.
A1, normally at right angles to the body, almost reaches posterior border of 2nd urosomal segment.
P5 absent.

Bar scale: 0.1 mm.

Nota: P5 biramous on both sides, of approximately equal length, not passing the caudal rami. Both legs have 2 basal segments and rudimentary 1-segmented endopod, tapering on the left with a small seta at the tip, blunt on the right. Right legg first 2 exopod segments fused while 3rd segment is expanded distally bearing mong tapering stout spine. Left exopod 3-segmented with small hirsute terminal segment bearing 2 distal spinules, and patch of hairs on distal part of 2nd segment.
