Armature formula of swimming legs P1 to P4.
Nota: Inner seta on basis 1 absent. Inner coxal seta absent in all legs.
- P5 uniramous, located ventrally on somite, either side of midline; protopod incorporated into somite, represented by outer seta; exopod 1-segmented, armed with 2 distal setae; length and ornamentation of exopodal setae markedly sexually dimorphic.
- P6 represented by genital operculum bearing 2 setae in female; unarmed in male.
