Mx1 has 4 bristles on the 2nd basal, 8 on the exopod, and 7 on the endopod; 1st outer marginal lobe with 9. Mx2 has 3 vermiform and 5 penicillate sensory appendages

Species Pseudoamallothrix inornata - Plate 3 of morphological figuresissued from : C.O. Esterly in Univ. Calif. Publs Zool., 1906, 3 (5). [Pl.13, Figs.65, 73]. As Scolecithrix inornata.
Female: 65, P4; 73, P5.
Nota: P5 resemble those of S. auropecten Giesbrecht, but the bristling of Mx1 and the relative sizes of the animals are distinguishing characters.
