Remarks

According to Brylinski (2009, p.257) the Vilela's specimen frm Ria de Faro-Olhao (Portigal) seems similar to Saphirella from Srtrait of Dover and not Saphirella indica.
Introduction in Szczecin Harbour (Poland) from ship ballast.
