Remarks

bathypelagic. Recorded at a depth between 1000 and 1850 m (Matthews, 1972).
According to Park (1970, p.529) the male of E. longiseta described by Grice & Hülsemann (1967) has cephalic appendages closer to those of the present female than those of the female of that species.
